Poncho Liner - Woobie Blanket

USGI Poncho liner (woobie blanket as known by the troops) is designed to go with the wet weather poncho.  Made of rip-stop nylon outer shell and with polyester insulation.  It can serve as a blanket for kids in the back seat or for any sleep system that requires more warmth and comfort.  This item is provided in both used and unused. DOD surplus in class 'A' condition and is 64 in. x 84 in. size.   Best lot I have received this year.  Color is woodland camouflage.
